01Trial and paying
Try it first. Then pay your way.
How does the trial work?
Send the form. The team calls you within one working day and creates your organization on the plan that fits. You get 14 days with the whole plan. If you subscribe, your data stays.
Is there a free plan or self sign-up?
No. Every organization is set up by the team after a call, so the accounts, stores and roles are right from day one.
How do I pay?
Month by month, every 6 months or once a year, at the prices on the pricing page. Pay by cash, wallet or bank transfer agreed with the team.
Can I add users, stores or storage later?
Yes. Extra users and file storage on any plan, extra stores on Business and Enterprise, a second currency on Starter. Add-ons are prepaid with your term, at the prices on the pricing page. Moving up a plan is one call.
Is there a referral discount?
Yes. Each client you refer takes 5% off your next yearly renewal, up to 50%.
02Guarantees
What we promise. On every plan.
What does the money-back guarantee cover?
Your whole first payment, on any plan and any term, if you ask within 30 days of paying. One refund per organization, returned the way you paid.
What does “ready to invoice in a week” mean?
The 7 days start when the team has your opening balances workbook. By day 7 your organization is set up and you can issue invoices. If not, your first month is free: it comes off the bill, or a month is added to your term.
How fast does the team answer?
A real person replies within two working hours, by phone or message, on every plan. Enterprise is answered first.
Will my price go up?
Not while you renew the same plan without a gap. New prices apply only to new clients.
What happens if I stop paying?
You keep full use for a month after your term ends. Then the account is read-only until a year after the end date, and every export keeps working. We remind you 30 days before read-only access ends.
03The app and your data

Who builds CRK MS?
Chrak Team, building software for businesses since 2008. Our earlier accounting systems ran offline, on a desktop or an office network, each built for one company. CRK MS gathers what they all needed into one online app. A professional accountant, Alan Bamarny, reviews its accounting against IFRS.
Does it follow IFRS?
The books are built on IFRS principles: statements laid out by IAS 1, stock costed by FIFO or weighted average as IAS 2 allows. With a second currency, foreign-currency balances are revalued at the closing rate (IAS 21). On Business and Enterprise, fixed assets depreciate straight-line (IAS 16). Your accountant still writes the notes and signs off. The app does not calculate tax.
Which languages does the app speak?
English and Arabic, across the whole app and every PDF. Each user picks their own.
Does it work offline?
Not yet. CRK MS needs a connection, on a phone or a computer. Offline work is planned for the salesperson's phone and for a point of sale (POS).
Who sees my data, and is it safe?
Your organization is yours: you choose its members, their roles and their permissions. Two-step sign-in, every sign-in logged, daily off-site backups. On Enterprise, every record keeps its history.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes, any day. Reports export to CSV or PDF, items, customers and suppliers to CSV, and your opening position to one Excel workbook. On request, the team hands you a full copy of your records. Attachments download one by one.
